The Pope John Paul II Cultural Center welcomes groups of 15 or more people. The Cultural Center is an entertaining, educational and moving experience for school groups, parish groups, CCD classes, senior groups, art enthusiasts and others. Admission
Group pricing is $4.00 per person. The group leader and bus driver are complimentary.
Groups of 15 or more persons are required to book in advance. Reservations should be made at least 30 days prior to your planned visit. Please allow a minimum of 2 hours to visit the Cultural Center. Allow additional time for lunch, viewing the film The Conscience of the World: A Documentary on the Life of the Holy Father (50 minutes, showing on the hour), shopping in our Museum Store, etc.
Reservations
To make a reservation for your group, please use the online Group Reservation Form. You may also call 202-635-5475, fax 202-635-5411 or e-mail Groups@jp2cc.org. Please include
your name, phone number, expected reservation date and expected group size and we will contact you as soon as possible. If you are unsure of the number of people in your group, please provide an estimate that can be adjusted at a later date.
Lunch
The Cultural Center has a Café on site
with a limited amount of box lunches, including a sandwich,
chips, cookies and piece of fruit, available for $7.25 and soft drinks
for $1. However, the Cultural Center can not guarantee the availability
of lunches in the Café. It is strongly recommended
that groups pre-order lunches for $7.25 per person. Pre-ordered lunches include soft drinks, so you
save $0.50 off each. Lunches must be ordered at least 5
business days before your visit with changes to menu and quantity accepted
up to 3 days before your visit. After that time no changes or cancellations
are accepted and meals must be paid for in full. Lunch

Deposit
We require a minimum $50 deposit to reserve the space for your group. The deposit is required at the time of reservation, which should be made at least 30 days prior to your planned visit, and includes a non-refundable $10 handling fee. If using the online registration form, the deposit is due upon receipt of your confirmation letter. Please make checks payable to the Pope John Paul II Cultural Center. Credit Card payments are also accepted (VISA, Master Card and American Express).
The balance of the group fee is due upon arrival to the Cultural Center.
Cancellation Policy
Upon request, refunds will be issued, less the non-refundable $10.00 handling fee, if notification is given prior to your scheduled visit.
Inclement Weather
The Cultural Center follows Federal Government standards for inclement weather closings.
